At Interoc Ecuador, we commemorate Volunteer Day by reaffirming our commitment to communities and to actions that generate a real and positive impact.
On November 29th and 30th, our volunteer employees joined the organization TECHO in building a home for a family in the El Limonal sector of the Daule canton. This initiative reflected the power of collaborative work and the deep spirit of solidarity that drives our company.
During the day, the volunteers contributed their time, energy and commitment to various construction and renovation activities, with the purpose of providing a safer and more dignified space for a family that needed it.
This action not only transformed a home, but also strengthened our internal culture based on empathy, service, and teamwork.
We thank all our volunteers for their dedication and TECHO for their leadership. Thanks to our volunteers, we continue to demonstrate that when we join forces, we can build opportunities, improve the quality of life, and create a better world for our communities.
