- By means of this document, INTEROC SA, company domiciled in Peru, with RUC No. 20514184331 (hereinafter, “INTEROC”[Company Name] makes its Privacy Policy available to users, which is in accordance with current regulations on the protection of Personal Data (Law No. 29733 and Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS). - 1.4. Regarding the personal data of Applicants: name, surname, national identity document, home address, telephone, email address, marital status, date of birth, nationality, sex, profession and academic data.

Regarding Employee Data: name, surnames, national identity document, RUC number, passport number, foreigner's card, home address, telephone, email address, image, signature, marital status, date of birth, nationality, sex, profession, age, academic data, data of beneficiaries, information relating to work experience, bank details, insurance, assets, benefits received from social programs, mortgages, debts, hobbies and personal habits, housing characteristics, information relating to physical or mental health and fingerprint.

This information will be collected through virtual forms, physical forms, and public and private access sources.
The personal data mentioned will be stored in the databases called “Clients"with Registration" RNPDP-PJP No. 18527; "Applicants"with Registration" RNPDP-PJP No. 18528; "Potential customers"with Registration" RNPDP-PJP No. 18529, "Suppliers" Record RNPDP-PJP No. 18530; and "CCTV"with Registration" RNPDP-PJP No. 18531for a period specified in each privacy notice or consent form. Please note that our databases are duly registered with the General Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data, as required by current regulations.
