CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
GOVERNANCE AND SHARED VISION
At Interoc, we have a governance model that ensures transparent, responsible decisions aligned with our corporate strategy. We work with a shared vision across our headquarters and regional teams, integrating technical analysis, sustainability criteria, and a strong focus on the farmer.
This framework allows us to act coherently, anticipate challenges, and ensure the organization's sustained growth throughout Latin America.
The organization began with just 15 people in 1993, over 30 years ago; individuals who dedicated their professional talent and effort daily to providing the best service to our clients. Today, we are more than 660 professionals working for the scientific and technological advancement of Latin America. We are making our mark on the development of more than 10 Latin American markets: Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Panama, Nicaragua, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela.
