As part of its commitment to the continuous strengthening of its teams and technical support to farmers, INTEROC Peru conducted an internal training course specializing in rice cultivation, focused on enhancing technical and commercial knowledge related to the portfolio of solutions for this important crop.
The event took place in the city of Tarapoto and brought together the commercial teams from the Alto Mayo, Huallaga, Jaén and Pucallpa areas, consolidating a space for learning, integration and exchange of experiences aimed at strengthening the technical-commercial performance in the field and continuing to provide a close and high-value service to producers and distributors in the region.
The training was led by INTEROC's Technical Development team, made up of Eng. Javier Vía and Eng. Harold Macedo, who shared specialized knowledge on the agronomic management of rice cultivation, as well as technical information related to the company's portfolio of herbicides, fungicides and insecticides.
During the sessions, topics related to the main phytosanitary problems facing the crop were addressed, along with strategies for the efficient control of weeds, pests, and diseases, as well as technical recommendations aimed at maximizing the farmer's productivity and profitability. Furthermore, the benefits and competitive advantages of INTEROC's integrated management program for rice were explored in depth, strengthening the sales team's capacity to provide more precise, timely advice aligned with the producer's actual needs.
The meeting also facilitated a valuable exchange of experiences among the participating regions, promoting the analysis of specific agricultural cases and realities in each territory. These types of forums contribute to enriching the team's collective knowledge and strengthening a culture of continuous learning focused on innovation and ongoing improvement.
