OUR OPERATIONAL CAPACITY
Interoc has a production, logistics and quality control infrastructure integrated throughout the agricultural value chain, guaranteeing excellent products from genetic research to delivery to the farmer.
Its network of plants, experimental stations and logistics centers in Latin America is designed to optimize efficiency, traceability and sustainability.
Our Seed Operations
Interoc's seed operations integrate research, production, and processing with high standards of quality and traceability. From our production fields to our processing plants, every stage is designed to guarantee high-performance seeds adapted to the conditions of Latin American farmers. This infrastructure allows us to combine efficiency, innovation, and sustainability throughout the agricultural value chain.
SAN RAFAEL PRODUCTION FIELD
(ECUADOR)
- Location: Km 101 via Guayaquil to Salinas, San Rafael Commune, Chanduy.
- Coordinates: -2.32870, -80.64964.
- Function: Production of basic seeds (varieties and parents).
- Cycle time: Approx. 6 months.
- Main activities:

- Land preparation and cleaning.
- Staggered planting and fertilization.
- Crop maintenance (120 days).
- Detasseling/deflowering (in hybrid corn).
- Harvest with controlled humidity (25%) and immediate transfer to drying.
PROCESSING AND BENEFITING PLANT
(Buena Fe – Los Ríos, Ecuador)
- Location: Km 1.6 via Buena Fe – Quevedo.
- Coordinates: -0.91562, -79.49364.
- Function: Drying, selection, classification and final conditioning of the seed before distribution.
- Key processes:

- Reception and quality control.
- Immediate post-harvest drying.
- Processing and packaging under international standards.
- Focus: Full traceability and compliance with FAO regulations and “Quality Agreements” with suppliers.
SEED MULTIPLICATION MODEL
At INTEROC, seed production and multiplication are carried out under an integrated and fully traceable model, based on our own fields and strategic collaborations with partner farmers. This approach allows us to ensure the quality, yield, and availability of seeds adapted to the diverse agricultural conditions of Latin America, optimizing every stage from planting to delivery to the farmer.

- In specific cases (such as certified varieties), we work with partner farmers.
- It is a flexible model that adapts to the type of seed and the production requirements.
Agrochemical and Logistics Plant
Interoc's agrochemical plant, together with our logistics network, ensures the efficient formulation, packaging, and distribution of our products. With controlled processes, complete traceability, and advanced planning, we guarantee that every input reaches the farmer with the required quality and on time. This integrated infrastructure supports our responsiveness, optimizes resources, and reinforces our commitment to the productivity and sustainability of Latin American agriculture.
