At Interoc we believe that strengthening knowledge and continuous training are fundamental to continue promoting a more efficient, innovative and sustainable agriculture.
As part of this commitment, face-to-face training was developed in "Biostatistics focused on Seeds", a space aimed at strengthening the technical and analytical skills of the R&D PERU team, in the management and interpretation of data applied to the seed sector.
The session was led by Mairett Rodriguez, Master of Science in Statistics and member of Interoc Ecuador, who shared tools and knowledge applied in statistical analysis, contributing to the development of key capacities for decision-making and evaluation of results in agricultural and research processes.
During the sessions, the team was able to deepen their knowledge of statistical methodologies and criteria applied to the sector, reinforcing skills that bring greater precision, efficiency and technical value to their professional activities.
These types of initiatives reflect Interoc's commitment to talent development, intellectual property, constant updating, and the creation of learning spaces.
We continue to promote knowledge to build an agriculture better prepared for the challenges of the future.
