With the purpose of defining the commercial, technical and marketing actions for the next period, we held a working meeting with the Ornamentals team, including representatives from the areas of Northern Savannah, Western Savannah, Large Groups and Antioquia, along with the teams from Commercial, Development and Marketing.
Over two days, market outlooks, the performance of each subzone, the development plan, and the official product portfolio were reviewed, along with new proposals for the segment. The marketing plan for ornamental plants, the digital strategy, the Interaction program, and initiatives for the safe handling and responsible use of neonicotinoids were also presented.
The meeting allowed for the consolidation of ideas, the definition of activities, and the establishment of joint commitments, strengthening the coordinated work between the different areas to continue promoting the growth and positioning of the ornamental business in the country.
