Privacy Policy

INTEROC CUSTER SA (hereinafter referred to as “INTEROC”), a company duly constituted and validly existing under the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, with domicile in Alajuela, San Rafael de Alajuela, one kilometer south and nine hundred meters west of the Panasonic intersection, Oficentro Milano, warehouse twenty-three, legal entity identification number 3-101-208009, will collect data and/or information that may consist of: name, current position, address, email address, telephone, cell phone and fax numbers, etc. (hereinafter the “Information” and/or the “Data” interchangeably).

INTEROC undertakes to make responsible use of such Information and to take all measures within its reach for the protection of said Data, all in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding legislation of the Republic of Costa Rica.

PRIVACY POLICY.

 The INTEROC Costa Rica website operates on a secure system that guarantees the confidentiality and security of information. Furthermore, it is committed to:

  1. Maintain the privacy of the information that Users provide to us through the Website or through their emails or corresponding sales channels.
  2. Limit the collection, use and transmission of Information to the minimum required to provide the services provided on our Website to Users and/or client companies.
  3. Restrict access to information to only those authorized INTEROC employees who have been properly trained in its proper handling.
  4. Do not impersonate any natural or legal person, nor use or provide a false email address or one that does not belong to the User.

  6. Not to disclose User Information to public and/or private entities for a purpose other than to carry out INTEROC's usual activity, unless the User has previously authorized it or applicable legislation requires INTEROC to disclose such Information.

  8. Inform Users of the mechanisms by which they can delete their Data from the databases used by INTEROC.
  9. Please be advised that each time a User visits the Website, certain Information is collected that allows INTEROC to improve the browsing experience on the site. This Information includes, at a minimum, the user's domain, the last site visited, the browser and operating system used, etc. INTEROC reserves the right to compile statistics containing consolidated information, solely for the purpose of improving the quality of the products and/or services offered on the Website.
  10. Use of Cookies: A cookie is a small file that browsers store on your hard drive. The Website's cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information, but they facilitate navigation. For example, cookies will be used to store Users' passwords and preferences so they do not have to re-enter them on each visit, and to offer a personalized service to each User. Users are informed that INTEROC complies with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Person with regard to the processing of their personal data and other current and applicable legislation of the Republic of Costa Rica.

The content of this website includes all text, graphics, designs, software, and programming used and/or displayed on it. This content is the exclusive property of INTEROC and is protected by local laws and international treaties.

Users of the Website agree not to reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the content, nor use it in any other way for commercial and/or public purposes. This prohibition includes copying and adapting the HTML code used to generate web pages on the Website.

INTEROC, its logo and/or any other name(s) and/or logo(s) are registered trademark(s) owned by INTEROC, and their use is granted to INTEROC for the entire territory of the Republic of Costa Rica. 

The User assumes all responsibility and risk arising from the use of this Website and the Internet in general.

In the event that the website is unexpectedly interrupted due to errors or defects, INTEROC will make its best efforts to restore the service as quickly as possible and will promptly communicate any progress in this regard.

INTEROC assumes no responsibility for the activity or conduct of Users. Nothing on this Website should be considered an endorsement and/or guarantee in relation to any User and/or third party, whether in relation to their websites, products, services, or otherwise.

Indemnity.

The User agrees to defend and hold harmless INTEROC, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claim, action or demand, including, without limitation; legal fees, resulting from the User's misuse of the Website, the Content, or arising from the violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any amendments and modifications thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
